2 pets maximum. Maximum weight 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds allowed. Pet Fee is $500 (non refundable) for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet. Pet Rent is $25 per pet per month
We are a Smoke Fee Community. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment home or on the balcony/patio. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet from the buildings.
